Rentals - View Current Rentals or List Your Week for Rent
INTERVAL RENTAL PROGRAM. Owners will be able to post their own rental rates and screen their own rental guests. This is a great opportunity to rent a week at a discounted rate. Please provide your guest with specific rules regarding your property. Particularly, NO pets of any kind are allowed - this is strictly enforced with a $250.00 fine per day until the pet has been removed from the unit. We are also a non-smoking property.
NEW RENTAL USE PROGRAM! Need help renting your week? We can do that! Indian Peaks/Resort Management Group offers a Rental Use Program to Indian Peaks owners for timeshare weeks. Please read over the terms and conditions link provided below. Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, weeks cannot be posted for rent, either on this website or through another avenue. Doing so could cause a double booking of your week! Please note we cannot guarantee the rental of your week.
If you choose to let Indian Peaks/Resort Management Group try and rent your week, please read and reply to the terms and conditions provided.
